issue 1: The service excellence in our country is becoming a major concern
It is evident to notice
that the service standards are dropping and the reasons often given is that it
is due to poor leadership and a lack of accountability.
This may sound right
but we need to dig deeper to the character flaws of poor service. We cannot
continue to allow simply a drop in service standards. But how does one fix it?
Start looking at your
customer excellence from a character point of view. Equip your team with
character-based training and motivation so they can provide
better-than-expected service on the telephone, online, and in-person by putting
character first.
