A major concern. We are overlooking
the importance and impact of courageous communication in the workplace.
Honest upward
communication cannot be treated as an option. It needs to be a requirement.
While many managers have years of education and experience in training for
their positions, they often have little training in how to effectively
having fierce and authentic conversations.
But how does one fix it. Managers often struggle to have these
open conversations, rather play it safe, don’t know how to having fierce
conversations and wait too long to address the issues. They need to attend and
learn the seven courageous conversations
