Working in an unhealthy environment can lead to employees’ poor health. Therefore should organisations constantly be beware of infections by corporate viruses by continuously assess their ‘health status’. A framework should be developed within which corporate viruses can be identified and by ‘taking the appropriate medicine’ for the particular virus in order to stay ‘fit’ for the corporate race

Name them viruses, bugs, demotivators or energy depleters; in an organisation they permeate the organisation daily and can cause lowered morale, disillusionment and poor productivity. A combination of these variables can eventually destroy an organisation’s ability to survive in a highly competitive environment
