Highlights of 2008

It was truly an eventful year. Below are some of the highlights that have made a significant impact on my life.



The training at Management Schools in Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai in India, Reims and Leipzig. The students there keep me humble.
Training in Egypt, seeing the pyramids and riding on a camel in the Sinai desert.
Training executive MBA students in Ghana. What an moving experience it was to see the needs.
Training MBA students in Mauritius and being interviewed for a national television broadcast.
Doing a presentation in Denver: From a struggle to success towards significance.
Training at my favourite spot, Maui, Hawaii, again and visiting it for the fourth time with about 60 delegates from across the world.
Attending Character First training in Oklahoma and being trained as a Character First Consultant.
The coaching sessions for Barloworld and George Hospital.
Doing about 20 radio broadcasts, Wisdom at Work.






Travels of 2008-
It has been a year of a lot of travelling and international
consultations and lecturings.





One of the most important highlights for me last year was my change in status from father to grandfather with the birth of our first granddaughter, Amelie.

I now understand why they say parents should have their grandchildren first before having their own children!
